SHIPPING & RETURNS

Beards and Shears  is currently shipping all over India.  At  Beards and Shears we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

SHIPPING DURATION:

The shipping details for each individual product are mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

All our products are shipped out between 1 – 10 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond  Beards and Shears' control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Beards and Shears will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We offer Free Shipping for all orders within India, incase a product is returned due to fault in address or customer unavailability, for such packages to be reshipped, we may require an additional Rs. 100, for processing and re-shipping of the said order, for such orders to be cancelled, due to the customer's unavailability or cancellation, we may provide an option for partial refund, which deducts processing, packing, shipping and return charges and the remaining amount is refunded, this option is only applicable to select cases, pending approval, we reserve the right to deny partial refund to any order, as our shipping policy is clear of refunds once shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Beards and Shears has a no-questions-asked return policy in case the product received is incorrect. We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

You must raise a return request by emailing us on contact@beardsnshears.in within 24 hours of receipt of your order,

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered,

Product must be in perfect condition,

Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations (before the order is shipped) or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.

Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days.

If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

In the cases where item(s) are missing, that is, a complete order isn't received, Beards & Shears will ship the remaining missing item(s) to the customer's location, we may require proof for the order to qualify as a missing item(s) case, if the product isn't available, and may not be in the foreseeable future, we may refund the amount. 

No refund is available for any missing or incorrect promotional or free items. 

CANCELLATIONS:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

No cancellation or refund will be provided after the order is shipped, any amount collected in partial payment isn't refundable, we request customers to correctly place the order. 

Beards & Shears  reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

A refund for missing item(s) isn't available, rather such item(s) will be shipped on Beards & Shears' cost.

CASH ON DELIVERY:

To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.

In case your pin code is not serviceable.

You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order.

No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us on + 91-7060 502 461 or + 91-8668973417 (between 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Saturday) or email us contactus@natureayurved.in and provide your PIN code. We will inform you within 24 hours.
